Hydel Power Station

We undertake complete overhauling of Hydel Power stations including rebuilding of Turbine Runner,Shaft, Guide Vanes, manufacturing and re-lining of thrust pads, and journal bearings. We have successfully overhauled several large, medium and micro hydel units in West Bengal,Tripura, Orrisa and Chattisgarh.

Thermal Power Stations

We undertake manufacturing and reconditioning of spares for Thermal Power Stations including the fabrication and dynamic balancing of FD,ID and axial flow fans.We also manufacture and reline white metal lined pressure fed bearings for Boiler ID, FD Fans.

Steel Plants

We manufacture and also recondition rolls and crankshafts of the billet shearing plant.We also manufacture and reline white metal lined bearings,journal bearings and thrust pads including import substitution bearings as per client specifications. We have also successfully manufactured import substitution specialized bearings line Morgoil Bearings and Spindle bearings.

Petrochemical Industries

Reconditioning of pumps for various applications.Grinding of shafts and manufacture of specific spares for various units are done.Manufacturing and repairing of heat exchangers and coolers are also done.We also manufacture ventilation fans used in Petrochem industries.

Dynamic Balancing

Dynamic Balancing till 7.5 tonnes job weight is done in-house at our works.

Crankshaft Grinding

We have the largest crankshaft reclamation plant in India capable of grinding Crankshafts/Rolls upto 8.6 metres in length and 8.5 tonnes job weight.

Vehicular Construction

We undertake vehicular construction over various types of chassis like tippers, dumpers, dust supression vehicles,oil tankers, diesel bowsers e.t.c.

HT and LT Motors

We undertake repair for all types of H.T and L.T Motors and Alternators.We are also the authorized repairer for Marathon Electric Motors(India) Limited for all types of Rotating Electrical Machines

Bi-metal-Bearings

We have over four decades of manufacturing experience in white metal lined bearings and thrust pads for various applications.We are OEM for M/s Bharat Pumps and Compressors and M/s Andrew Yule Limited for the past several years.We also manufacture highly specialized high r.p.m steam turbine bearings including high r.p.m lemon bore bearings.

Zinga Film Galvanising Systems

We are dealers for John Galt Zinga Technologies dealing with ZingaMetall BVBA products.
The film galvanising system ZINGA® combines many advantages: an active or galvanic protection, a passive barrier protection and an easy application. In order to offer a galvanic protection, a zinc concentration of at least 92% has to be present in the dry extract. Having 96% of zinc in the dry film, ZINGA® certainly meets this condition. ZINGA® offers an excellent active and passive protection:

The Zinc provides active, cathodic protection through galvanic sacrifice.
The barrier, provided by both the zinc oxides and the binder ensures a passive protection.
In case of mechanical damages or in case of expansion and shrinking of the metal due to temperature variations, there will be no formation of rust whatsoever.
